The Basic DirecWay Business (or Professional) Edition offers download speeds of 400 Kbps (normally between 200 Kbps to 1,500 Kbps) and upload speeds of approximately 128 Kbps, with throughput of 250 MB per hour, with a recovery rate of 56 Kbps (the Fair Access Policy, or FAP, comes into effect when you download more than the allowed 250 MB in one hour, and your service is limited to 56kbps until you recover the amount of MB that you downloaded past the allotted 250 MB in that hour).
